[FS-UK-announce] Re: Arraignment postponed until 30 August

Turns out that the arraignment has been postponed to allow more time for
Joseph Burton (Dmitry's Attorney) to get the charges dropped.  Yahoo and
News.com both have articles; note that News.com waxes lyrical on the
subject of "Plea Bargains", when Burton is actually quoted in Yahoo's
article as saying that he was "not specifically interested in a plea deal,
but would not rule it out", and that he wanted to get the charges dropped.
