The regular IRC meeting will take place tonight at 2000 on #sklyarov-uk,
all welcome, as ever.

I'm going to propose a slight change of format this week.  Instead of
rushing through some agenda items, now seems like a good time to step back
and review progress so far, and work out what our priorities should be for
the future.

Therefore, AOB, masquerading as "General Discussion", will come first on
the Agenda instead of last, and I shall be doing my best to shut up for
once, and listen to what other people have to say.

The Agenda therefore looks like this:

1. General Discussion  (about an hour, 2000-2100, or less as required))
2. Distil action items out of general discussion. (20-30 minutes)
3. Pub ;-)


It would be good to get some firm dates for events in the Calendar leading
up to Christmas, so any thoughts there would be very welcome (the letter
writing day (EUCD/CD issues or both) mooted a couple of weeks ago is one
suggestion, we have Sklyarov's trial resuming on the 26, and with CD
buying popular just before Christmas, something on that would be sensible
too).

New faces, and new ideas particularly welcome, suggestions for different
styles/types of events likewise.  Twill be a brainstorming session,
essentially.
