Right -- this looks like something we can do.  How about focussing on
getting people to complain to a whole list of consumer groups --
i.e. encourage people to talk to Trading Standards, Watchdog, the
local paper, etc, etc.  The focus is to get these groups to take up
the cause, since we obviously aren't currently able to handle it
ourselves.

So, can we get together a list of suitable organizations and contact
details for them ?  To start with, I can put this all up on the
web-site, maybe in a similar style to the way that Chuck has.  This
could go on to form the basis of a leaflet.

Ideas for organizations, anyone ?  What about "affinity groups", as
Chuck put it ?
