Hi all,

I've been involved in many such things and there's always at least 
this level of inertia.

It's very very tough to get people to do stuff for a cause, even if 
they agree with everything you're doing.

I'm not sure what the solution is - maybe I've just been missing 
something. We are lucky to have a mailing list with such levels of 
activity. So I feel we need to set our expectations at an appropriate 
level and work from that...
