I've written an article on DMCA,UECD and how it affects Free (as in
freedom) Software. You can read it at

I posted it to the discussion list at FSFE and someone posted it at
Newsforge, so it's getting over 200 hits/day... While a part of the
article is specifically about Free Software, I think the most important
issues, from a consumer point of view, are there.
