The text version is just plain text - the spacing is set using
whatever application you're using to print it from.  It's there really
in case people want to do their own versions -- I'll make that clear
when I put it up so that people aren't confused.

I thought to start with you were having problems with the paper size
(A4 being longer and thinner than Letter-sized paper).  If versions
for Letter-sized paper might be useful to you, I could do them.
