These three last points aren't going to be part of the defense because
the DMCA removed the right to use from copyright law. That means that
Adobe is free to decide how we (the costumer) may use their product (The
same happens with EUCD). The defense they'll use is that Adobe's reader
doesn't allow blind people to read the books because they don't allow
copy & paste. For those who don't know the normal way for a blind person
to listen to a screen in a computer is through copying & pasting the
text to a text2speech program.
