I would suggest that the best possible examples will be mainstream
equipment. It would be much better to show a CD not working in a Playstation
2 or Dell PC than say a Dreamcast or a Lynn cd-player as people will listen
because everyone knows someone that has one of these devices so they will be
more interested than devices they have never heard off or considered old hat
now.

I should add that she is keen to find people who have had playback problems
with corrupt CDs on *any* machine (normal CD player, DVD player, PS2, home
cinema, portable, computer, laptop, or whatever). Anyone with a story to
tell about a problem like this would be very welcome.
