Well, it looks like I was completely wrong there ... but they did say
on the programme that their phone lines are open all over XMas for
people's complaints, so if anyone finds any friends/relations who are
having trouble with their CDs, get them to give Watchdog a bell:

Next WatchDog programme is Jan 8th.  I guess all we can do is send
reports their way.  Got to get through sometime ...

To Darren's point about it being better to demonstrate the problem on
mainstream hardware: I agree.  But we have zero control over what they
do unless they ask us, as they are doing their own research.  All we
can do is send people their way.
