The one saving factor is that the E(U)CD only protects the
"technonlogical measure" if said measure protects copyright
holders rights. This is why we have to make sure that at the
very least, it is stated in the law that any "technological
measure" that attempts to extend the copyright holders rights
is fair game for "circumvention"
