It's a court case in Australia. What makes it interesting is that
Warner are arguing that DVDs are actually software.

If they succeed, the implications that will have in the UK would be
interesting to say the least. If you recall, a while ago I floated
the idea that if digital media were classified as software then
different parts of the UK copyright law would apply. Including
the right to install and make backups without infringing.
