[Free-sklyarov-uk] Updated issues/cd/ pages

Okay, I've now got most of the issues/cd/ update done.  Have a look at
the pages here:

  http://uk.eurorights.org/issues/cd/

There is a new intro page, with everything else in linked sub-sections
(and sub-sub-sections).  All the uazu.net/cd/ stuff is on there now as
well.

I'd like some feedback on the front page of the section.  Is there
anything I've said that needs fixing or correcting ?  I mean, have I
said anything that anyone objects to, or that might be hard to defend
or cause other problems for us as a group ?  It's a bit looser than
the leaflet was - fixes are no problem.

Also, if anyone finds any other errors or bad links in any of the
pages, please let me know.  (Does our indexing tool give us a bad-link
list as output ?)

Also, if there is anything that needs fixing/improving style-wise,
please tell me.  I've tested in IE5/Win, Opera5/Linux, and w3m/Linux.

(For web-maintainers, I've got a script generating all the navigation
to save hassle - I can provide explanations to those with access if
necessary).

Still to do: more work on the "Help Us" section and related stuff
(press release, maybe a new leaflet), plus getting all the old
uazu.net/cd/ pages to link onto the corresponding uk.eurorights.org
pages (for web-searches and old links in articles etc).
