Exactly! That's a very important point, in my opinion, to make a clear
distinction in the law between 'nazi auctions' and cryptography research. I
would very much like to see the French government win in this particular case.
And I would be happy to see DoJ defeated in case against Elcom. (I do not say
'against Sklyarov' because I think they have no chance to get him personally).
But to modify the law in this way is just a dream for now.
