In that case complaints need to be raised against Sony et all for the
"false advertising" on PS2, etc as well as against the record companies.
The trading standards people cannot have it both ways - either the disc
and players work as advertisied or they do not and it is their job to act
where they do not. Put him into a position where he has to choose one to
act on.
