Yes, someone commented on this on SlashDot, didn't they ?
Well, we can talk about copy-protection and copy-protected CDs, or we
can talk about copy-prevention and copy-prevented CDs. It sounds
weird, but I could get used to it. (However, we've always talked
about write-protected disks, haven't we ?)
Anyway, I think it was on IRC that the idea was put forward that we
stick with the term "copy-protection" -- to use the opposition's term,
and then connect it with all our criticisms of this technology, rather
than `boycott' it and leave people hearing the term `copy-protection'
from other sources and not connecting it with what we were saying.
I'm open to discussion on this.

Also, I think places like computer-game shops (CEX, etc) may be good
places to leave leaflets, since many gamers are likely to be affected
if the current problems with PS2 machines are anything to go by.
