This is a music industry wishlist. It heavily supports the EUCD, even to
the extent of expressing reservations about the "tempoary
copying" provisions. It even asks for the "Music Industry" to be exempt
from paying National Insurance on contractors and share options.

Oh, and when reading it, remember that in its terminology a "user" of
music is someone who licenses it for the purpose of passing it on to
consumers in some way.
