Just done the call..... Was immediately asked for name, which I refused to give.

Q.	Are all of Five's CD (so called) copy protected?
A.	Don't know how many.

Q.	Is there any way to tell from looking at packaging?
A.	No way to tell.

Q.	Is this the only method of getting a 'known working' CD?
A.	Yes

Q.	Do you use the names/addresses for anything other than sending out the CD?
A.	Don't know.

Q.	What is the name/address of your data protection office? (I pointed out that they must have one by UK law!!)
A.	Don't know. But sounded like he was typing something in an attempt to find out.

To be fair to the guy on the phone, he was pleasant enough about the situation and did suggest that he would attempt to find out the answers so that I could call back tomorrow.
