Dear all,

I propose the following actions regarding /issues/sklyarov:

1. Organise a fundraising campaign to help Dmitry/Elcom defence.
The arguments are very simple: basically they fight (they did not want
to but..) for the same thing as CDR. If they will win - CDR will win. It
is the most direct way to fight DMCA and possibly EUCD.

2. Organise new Free Dmitry protest, we can discuss when and where. It
is not obvious if this has any effect but noone can say for sure that it
is useless.

3. Continue/restart pressuring Adobe. Investigate legal perspectives for
prosecuting adobe on the fair deal grounds (ebooks). (This was discussed
a lot before but maybe it is time to return to this).
