According to the Radio Times, it is 'The Money Programme' by another 
name, and I'd guess some info will appear on the Money Programme's site, 
at 
http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/audiovideo/programmes/the_money_programme/default.stm
Once it's been broadcast, you could try ringing the BBC and asking if 
they can send you a transcript, you never know.
