As I'm going to be at the conference (and hopefully speaking at it on the 
issue) I'm up for it. The leaflet for the LD conference should make 
reference to the motion I'm putting forward. This is particularly important 
because there is no guarantee that the motion will actually be debated. 
There are two half-hour slots given over to Emergency Motions, and there is 
a ballot for the order in which they are debated. So we want delegates to 
vote for a high placing for this motion.
